Fading - The Clearing Storm

I was looking for a composition that would allow me to show the shape of the city juxtaposed with the organic flow of the clouds. I wanted to express a feeling serenity.

I added some saturation so I could get the orange and blue to come out and then headed into Topaz Impressions to give a more painterly feel.
